4. The program does not show the search results. Why?Most probably, your firewall is the reason for blocking traffic. Please, check if your computer is using LAN or ISP firewalls or proxy for connecting to the Internet. If yes, then go to the File|Search Configuration Wizard menu and enter the proxy configuration details. If no, then check your proxy settings to be in the mode "none".
5. Is SERPCrawler spyware?No, SERPCrawler does not collect or track any personally identifiable information. The webservers SERPCrawler contact do track clicks in aggregate (as most commercial websites do) to evaluate traffic patterns and the general health of the SERPCrawler product. All information collected is anonymous and cannot be traced back to a specific individual.
